Hilya ( which embodies the Prophet’s moral, behavioral, and spiritual qualities as well as physical appearance) of the Prophet Muhammad, 57 x 41 cm, dated AH. 1296 (1878), signed Esseyid Mehmet Ferit (Nakshibandi).

Note: this work is a Icazet (the Icazet as a diploma was awarded by the teacher to a student of calligraphy after examination of a piece of calligraphy written by the student in the presence of a his/her teacher or teachers, like this example which is signed by the several teachers of the calligrapher Mehmet Ferit.
