Masha Allah!
Another rare specimen of Kadiasker Mustafa Izzet Efendi is headed with the Sulus, "Kamaal al Joodi al-I'tezaar Ma'ahu" with a Hadith, I think following in Naskh, which cannot be easily deciphered. I have tried my best to locate this in a higher and legible resolution but couldn't find it.
The smaller, almost a thumbnail, is on the site ottoman souvenir.
